OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES of the vTarget Fall Kickoff Promotion

This contest is sponsored by Virtumundo, Inc., which owns and operates http://vTarget.com and http://partners.vTarget.com.

Limitations on Eligibility/Availability of Contest

The vTarget Fall Kickoff Promotion is available only to companies who sign up for the vTarget Affiliate Network at http://partners.vTarget.com, are approved for membership in the Network, and are in good standing with the program. Prizes will be awarded to companies and not to individuals, except in the case when no company name is listed on the winning affiliate account. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of Virtumundo and any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities are not eligible to enter the Contest. This contest is void where prohibited by applicable law. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules.

How to Enter

To enter, you must submit all required information on the vTarget Affiliate Network application form at http://partners.vTarget.com. No paper copies, e-mail copies, facsimiles, or other reproductions of the application will be accepted. There is a limit of one entry per Affiliate. Duplicate entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Virtumundo and will not be returned. Communication by an entrant with our advertisers will not change the odds of winning.

The contest period will begin on August 15, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. CST and end on December 31, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Virtumundo shall not be liable for any problems or errors in regard to the receipt of a contest entry, the delivery of a prize or other notifications, the storage of contest entries, or any other action that may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest, whether due to human, mechanical, technical, or any other reason.

Prizes

The entrant who earns the highest cumulative commission from August 15, 2006 through December 31, 2006 will win the First Prize, tickets to Super Bowl XLI on February 4, 2007 in Miami, Florida. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FIRST PRIZE, CONTESTANTS MUST GENERATE AT LEAST $5000.00 IN TOTAL COMMISSION BY THE END OF THE CONTEST PERIOD. If no contestant generates a minimum of $5000.00 in total commission by the end of the contest period, then the First Prize will not be awarded.

The entrant who earns the second highest cumulative commission from August 15, 2006 through December 31, 2006 will win the Second Prize, which includes a jersey of QB Brett Favre that has been signed by Favre and comes with his own personal holograms on the jersey, a certificate of authenticity, and a picture of Favre signing the jersey. The entrant who earns the third highest cumulative commission from August 15, 2006 through December 31, 2006 will win the Third Prize, a $100 gift certificate to be used with the Kansas City Steak Company.

No replacement prizes will be available for lost prizes. No substitutions, cash, or refunds will be provided.

Selection

Winners will be determined by highest cumulative commission earned for any of the public offers from August 15, 2006 through December 31, 2006.

Virtumundo personnel who administer the vTarget Affiliate Network will determine the winner of the contest within 5 days after the end of the contest. A tie will be decided by a coin toss, with the loser of the coin toss receiving the prize awarded to the next lower level winner, unless the tie occurs at the lowest level. The decisions of Virtumundo are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants must produce legitimate sales and or leads via their affiliate link as provided by vTarget for any of our public offers. Any fraudulent or returned or refunded sales made through affiliate links will not be included in calculation of cumulative commission.

Virtumundo will notify winners by postal mail, e-mail, or both but reserves the right to determine the method of notification. Winners must claim their prizes within 3 business days after the date of prize notification to be eligible for the prize. Winners may be required to execute and return to Virtumundo within 3 business days an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release to be eligible for the prizes. Winners may be required to provide a tax identification number within 3 business days to be eligible for the prizes. If a winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from the eligible entries.

General Conditions and Releases

An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Contest if that entrant fails to comply with each provision of these official rules, as determined at the sole discretion of Virtumundo.

Entry constitutes permission to use an entrant's name, likeness, voice, address (city and state), and testimonials for promotional purposes in all media, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. By entering or accepting a prize in the Contest, winners agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and to conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value.

By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Virtumundo, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively Claims) that may arise from an entrant's acceptance, possession, or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Virtumundo disclaims any warranty of fitness or merchantability of any prize or the function or operation of that prize, which shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, retailer, vendor, promoter, or other producer or seller of the prize.

Virtumundo reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time. Virtumundo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should any action or cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. This Contest shall be governed by Kansas law. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that Kansas courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest, that state court venue shall be only in Kansas, and that federal court venue shall be only in the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
